This is the dictionary's explanation of Aroma:

an odor arising from spices, plants, cooking, etc., esp. an agreeable odor; fragrance.

(of wines and spirits) the odor or bouquet.

a pervasive characteristic or quality.
Everyone has a different opinion of what a good aroma is or what isn't as good. What may excite one person may totally distract another. Some people may even remember what their first love smelt like and long to smell that scent again, while another may run for memories of remorse and heartbreak. Each individual smells differently just as they taste differently. Sometimes a certain aroma can trigger a good memory while others will do the opposite.
Some aroma's even have a healing effect. They trigger certain senses that trigger other systems of the body which release hormones and nurochemicals. Smell is different from the other four senses we have because it triggers the part of the brain that deals with emotions and memory. This is why when you smell an aroma you usually comment " that smells like....".

Famous Savannah Cinnamon Christmas Punch-
Pour 1/2 gallon apple juice into an electric coffee urn or crock pot. Add 1/2 cup Savannah Cinnamon Mix. Stir and heat. (Spirits can be added: rum, bourbon, wine or apple schnapps.) For a single serving, add 2 tablespoons to a mugg of apple juice and warm in the microwave. (It is best to leave out the spirits, however, if you are alone.) VARIATION: This recipe also works well with 3/4 cup rasberry, strawberry or peach Savannah Southern Mix to the 1/2 gallon of apple juice, and is also great served cold.)
Maui-Wowies-
Mix large can pineapple juice with 1 1/2 cups Southern Peach Mix and fifth bottle Maui-Schnapps (red)freeze until "slushie" stage. Spoon into glasses and top with 7-Up.
Almond Joy Cake-
Bake a devil's food cake in two round cake pans according to package directions. While cake is cooling, combine the following in a saucepan: 1 cup evaporated milk 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1/2 cup Savannah Southern Almond Mix Then add: 24 large marshmallows Cook mixture on low until marshmallows melt, striirng constantly. Then stir in: One 14-ounce bag of flaked coconut 1 cup silvered, toasted almonds Spread mixture on top of first layer, top with the second layer, and frost entire cake with chocolate frosting.
